1. USING OUR SITE

You are welcome to browse, shop, and enjoy The Gilded Tidehouse for your personal, non-commercial use.

By using our Site, you agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reproduce our content without permission, or use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

2. OUR HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Each piece from The Gilded Tidehouse is thoughtfully created by hand. Because of the nature of handmade artistry, no two pieces may be exactly alike.

You may notice subtle differences in color, texture, shape, finish, embellishment, or natural characteristics from one piece to another. These variations are not imperfections—they are part of what makes each Gilded Tidehouse piece uniquely yours.

Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and other factors.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

We do our best to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and photographs accurate. However, prices and availability may change at any time without notice.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been provided.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. The Gilded Tidehouse does not store full payment card information on its own servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

4. SHIPPING

We carefully package each order with the hope that it arrives safely and beautifully at your doorstep.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control. Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, The Gilded Tidehouse is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging and damaged item so we can determine the best way to assist you.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because many of our pieces are handmade, made-to-order, or customized specifically for our customers, certain purchases may be final sale.

Any applicable return, exchange, or cancellation terms will be provided on the Site, product listing, or during checkout.

If you receive an item that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly. We genuinely want you to love your piece and will work with you to find a reasonable resolution when appropriate.

6. CUSTOM ORDERS

We love creating pieces that are uniquely yours.

For custom orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, measurements, names, dates, colors, personalization details, photographs, and any other requested information.

Because custom pieces are created specifically for you, custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Please understand that handmade custom work may have natural variations and may differ slightly from photographs, inspiration images, sketches, or digital previews.

By approving a custom design, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the details provided and approved the design to move forward.

7. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you provide photographs, artwork, messages, names, logos, or other materials to The Gilded Tidehouse for the purpose of creating or fulfilling an order, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials for our use.

You grant The Gilded Tidehouse permission to use customer-submitted materials as reasonably necessary to create, fulfill, communicate about, and support your order.

We will not knowingly use your personal materials for unrelated purposes without your permission.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Gilded Tidehouse name, logo, branding, photographs, product designs, artwork, website content, written copy, graphics, and other original materials are owned by The Gilded Tidehouse or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content or designs without prior written permission.
